SUPPLIES
- 60 Yards of 100% Cotton Yarn (I used Bernat Handicrafter)
- 5.5 mm Crochet Hook
- Large Yarn Needle
- Scissors
NOTES
- Beginning chain does not count as a stitch
- I used a 6 mm hook to make my cotton cloths because I like my tension a little looser but you’re welcome to use a smaller hook if you prefer
ABBREVIATIONS
- slst – Slip Stitch
- ch – Chain
- sc – Single Crochet
- bs – Berry Stitch
SPECIAL STITCHES
BERRY STITCH: yo, insert hook in indicated st, yo and pull up a loop, yo, pull through ONE loop on hook, yo, insert hook in same st, yo and pull up a loop, yo, pull through all FIVE remaining loops on hook.
DIMENSIONS
Finished cloth measures approximately 7 inches by 7 inches
PATTERN
Ch 26
ROW 1
- sc in the second ch from the hook
- sc in each stitch across
- ch 1, turn
ROW 2
- sc in the first stitch
- *bs in next stitch, sc in next stitch*
- Repeat from * to * across
- ch 1, turn
ROW 3
- sc in each stitch across
- ch 1, turn
ROW 4
- sc in the first stitch
- *sc in next stitch, bs in next*
- Repeat from * to * until 2 stitches remain
- sc in next 2 stitches
- ch 1, turn
ROW 5
- sc in each stitch across
- ch 1, turn
ROW 6 – 23
Repeat Rows 2 – 5, ending on Row 3, do not turn after your last Row.
BORDER
- Turn your cloth clockwise and sc evenly down the side, place 2 sc in the corner stitch
- Continue to sc around the remaining 3 sides, placing 2 sc in each corner
- slst to beginning sc

Love this pattern! Thanks for sharing. I also like the way you created a set with an ombre and two solids. I can only find the yarn online and not sure which solids go with which ombre! So frustrating. Do you recall which colors you show in the pattern link above?
