Corded Leather 4 Inch Plant Cover

I made this gorgeous plant pot cover for a 4 inch pot using a 5 inch leather base and tag from Her Leather Co.  The base can be purchased HERE.

YARN/HOOK

I used approximately 55 yards of 3mm Macrame Cord a 7mm crochet hook but any Weight 6 yarn could easily be substituted. If you do not have a 7mm hook, 8mm would be a good substitute.
